Who: The Club President, Secretary, and Treasurer
What: Are all required to submit monthly reports by 11:59pm on the 5th of the every month. The Report they submit shall cover the information from the previous month. For example, the report that you submit by May 5th, will cover all the club functions from the Month of April.
Why: These reports are important for the district keeping track of our progress as a whole including our District Goals. They are also used as part of the criteria for the Distinguished Awards given out at District Convention.
